This quote fits our family’s philosophy. We work and not operate the vines respectfully and over time, and they give it back to us by producing high quality grapes. Without converting to organic, Matthieu took a keen interest in it; he reduced the dose of treatment, to apply a minimum of treatment products to the vines. Our vines are worked in a traditional way, we prefer manual work, in order to limit the passage of machines which manhandle and compact the soil.

Flagshipwine
The color is yellow with intense reflections.
Explosive nose with fruity notes of fresh grapes, with exotic nuances and bergamot. The whole is fresh and complex with good lingering aromas. The attack on the palate is supple and slightly pearly. The structure is harmonious and fruity. It goes well with asparagus, a hot goat cheese salad, and smoked salmon.
Muscat is also the wine for all convivial moments, it is the wine that we taste with “friends”.
