irrenbourg sas has created in 2015 a new wine cellar for exploiting the vineyard by introducing the biodynamic farming method, with 75 % of Grands Crus (Schlossberg 4.50 Ha and Brand 4.00 Ha), and bought the brand “Martin Schaetzel” in 2016 for selling the harvest. Member of the Association “Alsace Crus et Terroirs” (ACT)

More than 50% of vines are planted in Riesling which has 4 separate plots for vinifiation to obtain 2 great wines. The Riesling Grand Cru Schlossberg 2015 was awarded a mark of 93 by Parker and 95 by Decanter (Platinum medal for Best dry Alsace Riesling). The Riesling Terroir S 2015 was awarded a mark of 91.
