The latest arrival in Hauller’s Cremant range, this Cremant d’Alsace is made following rigorous high-quality winemaking and production specifiations, to get the best possible wine. This name was not chosen out of the blue. This brand new wine had to wait 4 months in our dark cellars before seeing the light of day. This Cremant comes from blending 4 varieties of grapes. Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. This wine also comes from the perfect blend of 4 favourite terroirs in Alsace for the cremant: clay for strength, granite for elegance, sand for smoothness and schist for freshness. This cremant has only 4 grammes of sugar added to it. There is a beautiful effervescence with citrus aroma and with roasted notes on the nose. It’ll keep its youthful character for a while yet before taking on a more mineral note, which will surprise you all over again.
