eeply rooted in the Eguisheim vineyard, the 14 generations of the Beyer family have handed down their passion for wine to further generations since 1580. Half of the 17 ha vineyard is located on the great vintage hillsides and hamlets, cultivated using biodynamic farming.
Sourced from the Eguisheim hillsides – classifid Grands Crus –and over 40 year-old vines, this is the estate’s flgship wine. Its limestone soils on a steep slope give this Riesling a purity and vibrancy the winery is famous for. It reveals an expressive and tasty nose with notes of citrus and a saline and perfectly balanced taste once in the mouth.
