Domaine Dopff "Au Moulin"
ound right in the heart of the Alsace Grand Cru area with 70 hectares of vineyards, Domaine Dopff “Au Moulin” is the largest independent family estate. Ever since 1574, the same love of wine and the land have inspired the current 13th generation, Étienne-Arnaud Dopff. A Crémant d’Alsace pioneer, their story merges into that of Riquewihr, one of the most charming Medieval citadels in Alsace.

At the beginning of the 20th century, Julien Dopff trained himself for several years in Champagne. He then returned to his native Alsace becoming a pioneer in producing sparkling wines, now known as Crémants d’Alsace. The Cuvée Julien, blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois with a 24 month aging period on laths in cellars, is a nice and refreshing crémant, a translation of gastronomical wines on our family estate. Served chilled, it makes a refreshing aperitif and can be enjoyed throughout your meal.
